Welcome to First Travel. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before booking any trip, package, or travel service with us.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving the advance/payment confirmation.

  • Customers must provide valid contact details and identity proof during booking.

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation Time Before Departure Cancellation Charges
More than 30 days 20% of total package cost
15 – 30 days 40% of total package cost
7 – 14 days 60% of total package cost
3 – 6 days 80% of total package cost
Less than 72 hours / No Show 100% cancellation charges

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited through the original payment method used during booking.

  • Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, visa fees, and booking charges are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by First Travel

First Travel reserves the right to cancel any trip due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Low participation

  • Operational or safety reasons

In such cases:

  • Customers may receive an alternative trip option, or

  • A partial/full refund depending on bookings already processed.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided for:

  • Missed flights, buses, or trains due to personal delay

  • Early departure from the trip

  • Unused services during the trip

  • Rejection of entry by authorities due to invalid documents

  • Last-minute cancellation during peak season bookings

6. Rescheduling Policy

  • Date changes are subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 10 days before departure.

  • Additional charges may apply.

7. Force Majeure

First Travel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by:

  • Floods

  • Landslides

  • Political unrest

  • Pandemic restrictions

  • Transport strikes

  • Weather disruptions

Welcome to First Travel. By booking any service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking services, customers agree to follow all company rules, policies, and travel guidelines.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Package prices are subject to availability and seasonal changes.

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm booking.

  • Failure to complete payment on time may lead to automatic cancellation.

3. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for:

  • Valid government ID proof

  • Passport/Visa (if required)

  • Personal travel documents

  • Following local laws and regulations

4. Hotel & Transport

  • Hotels are provided based on package category and availability.

  • Similar-category hotels may be arranged if listed hotels are unavailable.

  • AC may not operate in hilly regions as per local regulations.

5. Behavior & Conduct

Any illegal activity, misconduct, or damage to property during the trip may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.

Travelers must behave respectfully with fellow travelers, staff, and local communities.

6. Liability Disclaimer

First Travel acts only as a travel organizer and is not liable for:

  • Accidents or injuries

  • Loss of luggage

  • Theft

  • Flight/train delays

  • Natural calamities

  • Third-party service failures

7. Itinerary Changes

The company may modify the itinerary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Road closures

  • Safety concerns

  • Operational reasons

8. Photography & Media

Photos and videos captured during tours may be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless the traveler requests otherwise in writing before the tour.

9. Refund & Cancellation

All cancellations and refunds will be governed by the official Cancellation & Refund Policy of First Travel.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, designs, graphics, and media belong to First Travel and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without prior written permission.

11. Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Delhi, India.
