Terms & Conditions – First Travel

Welcome to First Travel. By booking, participating in, or using any tour, travel package, or service offered by us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Force Majeure

First Travel shall not be held liable for any delay, alteration, cancellation, loss, damage, injury, or additional expenses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Floods

• Landslides

• Earthquakes

• Pandemics or epidemics

• Adverse weather conditions

• Strikes

• Riots

• War or civil unrest

• Government restrictions

• Road closures

2. Personal Risk & Liability

All travelers participate in tours at their own risk. First Travel shall not be responsible for any:

• Personal injury

• Illness

• Disability

• Accident

• Death occurring during the tour

3. Travel & Medical Insurance

Travelers are strongly advised to obtain adequate travel insurance before departure.

Medical, accident, baggage, and emergency coverage should be arranged independently.

First Travel shall not be responsible for expenses resulting from insufficient insurance coverage.

4. Personal Disputes

First Travel shall not be liable for:

• Arguments between travelers

• Harassment or misconduct

• Physical altercations

• Disputes with third parties

• Disagreements involving service providers

5. Personal Belongings

Travelers are solely responsible for their personal belongings including:

• Cash

• Mobile phones

• Cameras

• Jewelry

• Travel documents

• Other valuables

First Travel shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of any personal property.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

First Travel acts only as an intermediary for:

• Hotels

• Airlines

• Transport operators

• Guides

• Other service providers

The company shall not be responsible for any negligence, cancellation, deficiency, delay, injury, loss, or damage caused by such third parties.

7. Delays & Cancellations

The company shall not be responsible for disruptions caused by:

• Airlines

• Railways

• Hotels

• Transport operators

• Government authorities

• Weather conditions

• External operational factors

8. Medical Fitness Declaration

Travelers confirm they are physically and mentally fit for the tour.

Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed before booking.

The company shall not be responsible for medical complications arising during travel.

9. Compliance with Laws

Travelers must comply with:

• Local laws

• Government regulations

• Destination customs

• Safety guidelines

Any legal consequences resulting from non-compliance shall be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

10. Misconduct Policy

First Travel reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour without refund if their conduct is deemed:

• Disruptive

• Abusive

• Violent

• Unlawful

• Intoxicated

• Harmful to other travelers, staff, or service providers

11. Itinerary Changes

The company reserves the right to modify, substitute, postpone, or cancel any part of the itinerary due to:

• Weather conditions

• Safety concerns

• Government directives

• Operational requirements

• Unforeseen circumstances

12. No Guarantee of Darshan or Sightseeing

First Travel does not guarantee:

• Darshan at religious sites

• Access to monuments

• Sightseeing opportunities

• Entry to attractions

• Participation in events

Access may be restricted due to crowd management, VIP movement, local regulations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen situations.

13. Travel Documents

Travelers are solely responsible for carrying valid:

• Government identification

• Permits

• Visas

• Passports

• Tickets

• Required travel documentation

The company shall not be liable for denied entry or travel disruptions due to invalid or incomplete documents.

14. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of First Travel exceed the amount paid by the traveler for the specific tour package booked.

15. No Liability for Theft or Criminal Acts

The company shall not be responsible for:

• Theft

• Robbery

• Fraud

• Criminal acts

• Any unlawful conduct committed by third parties

16. Responsibility for Additional Expenses

The traveler shall bear all expenses arising from:

• Medical emergencies

• Evacuation costs

• Accommodation extensions

• Transportation changes

• Missed connections

• Personal requirements

17. Photography & Marketing Consent

First Travel may use photographs, videos, or promotional material captured during the tour for:

• Marketing campaigns

• Social media promotions

• Advertising purposes

• Website content

Travelers may opt out by providing written notice prior to travel.

18. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All refunds and cancellations shall be governed by the official Cancellation & Refund Policy of First Travel. Certain bookings may remain non-refundable due to supplier-specific conditions.

19. Indemnification

The traveler agrees to indemnify and hold harmless First Travel, its owners, employees, agents, partners, and representatives against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or legal expenses arising from:

• The traveler’s actions

• Negligence

• Misconduct

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions

20. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Delhi, India.

21. Alcohol, Drugs & Intoxication Policy

Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substance during travel is strictly prohibited.

Violators may be removed from the tour immediately.

No refund shall be provided.

Any resulting expenses shall be borne solely by the traveler.

The company reserves the right to terminate participation at its sole discretion.
